I had a great stay at this hotel in Singkawang! the value for money was excellent, making it a great choice for families. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with clean and comfortable rooms on higher floors offering nice views. Lastly, the location was perfect, as it was near other tourist attractions, allowing us to easily explore the city.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Amazing View and Great Facilities During my recent stay in Singkawang, I found the hotel to be perfect for my needs. the view from the hotel was amazing, with a great view of the surrounding mountain. the facilities provided were much better than I had anticipated. the location, near the town center, was quite convenient to go anywhere I needed to go.
First, the customer service was very poor.

Very affordable price for a big and clean room. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Good location in a small city.
Cockroach in the room upon check-in. No hot water for shower in the evening.
